While interning for something that that you may or may not have to do for school, you don't think that you can meet a whole lot of people or meet such great friends. Well... think again. While interning for 105.7 The Point, I met a great amount of people and got to work with such awesome people. I couldn't have been more lucky to be paired up with such a phenominal group. We all got along so well and could just be ourselves and not worry about what everyone thought, isn't that how things should be??? I think so.
For any type of internship that anyone wants to pursue, you can be a part of such a hue experience and not even realize what you have going for yourself. You get a chance to do so many things that not everyone can get a chance to do and meet people that could end up being a big part of your life or meet important/famous people that you have always wanted to meet. So taking chances in life is such a great thing, try it, you just might be very proud that you took that chance down the road!
